At Sourcherry, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
